Job Summary

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing, building end-to-end pipelines from outreach through offer and onboarding. Run ATS, scorecards, pipeline data, and recruiting metrics using an AI-native, data-driven approach to improve quality of hire and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding).
•Build and scale GTM pipelines from zero using creative outreach methods and long-game relationships with passive candidates.
•Partner with GTM leaders and founders to define role requirements, success criteria, and predictive interview loops.
•Manage recruiting operations and the ATS as the source of truth, including scorecards, pipeline data, and hiring-manager cadences.
•Track recruiting metrics and run the funnel to find leaks and continuously improve process and quality of hire.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in full-cycle recruiting with GTM/revenue hiring experience (Sales, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Marketing) in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
•Proven success owning searches end-to-end and closing competitive candidates independently.
•Experience building GTM pipelines from scratch using creative sourcing and outreach methods.
•Strong ATS skills (Ashby is a plus) and comfort owning recruiting metrics and reporting.
•Native-level English proficiency for the US market and strong communication with founders and sales leaders.
