•Prioritize and sequence AI capabilities across ranges of complexity and value, from simple tasks to higher-value business outcomes.

•10+ years of product experience, ideally in creative software, AI-driven products, marketplaces, or productivity ecosystems.
•Hands-on experience shipping products involving autonomous or semi-autonomous AI systems, including trust, oversight, or orchestration challenges.
•Fluency in current AI/agent technology and standards, with strong commercial instincts for translating emerging technology into product strategy.
•Experience with experimentation methodology, growth models, and working with data.
•Strong understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community.
