Own quality management and development of workplace/facility operations across Emerging Markets Central locations, setting standards for technical and infrastructural facility management. Lead complex projects spanning multiple countries and stakeholders, manage integrated management system (IMS) procedures, and improve workplace experience through service provider and internal stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex workplace/facility management tasks requiring in-depth operational experience in the assigned area.
•Manage and deliver facility management service standards across adidas locations within agreed budgets, schedules, and scope.
•Manage building system procedures and programs, including maintaining the integrated management system (IMS).
•Create and implement regional performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for facility and employee experience operations.
•Manage budgets and forecasts, ensure accurate invoicing from service providers, and lead multi-country teams with performance reviews and feedback.

Key Requirements

•Degree related to facility management or related field, or equivalent training and experience.
•Minimum 7 years of working experience in the respective area.
•2+ years of experience leading a business area and in people management.
•Ability to set and manage quality standards for facility/workplace operations across locations.
•Strong knowledge of controlling systems and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) (or similar).
