Key Responsibilities

•Process mortgage loans from setup to closing by verifying, compiling, and entering borrower information in loan processing systems.
•Review loan application files for completeness and compliance, including verifying Loan Estimate data.
•Verify loan documentation (income, credit, appraisal, and title) while maintaining federal and state regulatory compliance.
•Coordinate with mortgage loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain missing information and required property documents.
•Review and verify initial disclosures within compliance timelines and perform related administrative support (e.g., faxing, photocopying, filing, phone support).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
•1 year of loan processing related experience (and/or experience plus training).
•Previous experience using automated underwriting technology preferred.
•Basic knowledge of bank operations and products, plus federal and state banking compliance regulations and other bank policies.
•Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
