Sales & Service Lead - Valley Fair

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the retail sales floor by driving sales and guest education targets for engagement and interaction. Coach and develop Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, assess guest connection and product knowledge gaps, and partner with Operations and Visual teams on cross-functional training and execution. Manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, vendor and facilities coordination, and use performance metrics to implement action plans and deliver results.
