Job Summary

Deliver SAP SuccessFactors consulting for Employee Central and Recruiting—analyzing requirements, designing solutions, configuring and customizing modules, and guiding projects from design through go-live and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business requirements and design SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central and Recruiting) solutions.
•Configure and customize Employee Central and Recruiting modules using best practices.
•Participate across the project lifecycle: design, build, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
•Ensure integrations with other systems such as SAP HCM and Payroll.
•Monitor and resolve post-go-live issues, troubleshoot incidents, and implement minor enhancements and configuration changes.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, focused on Employee Central and Recruiting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
•Strong understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
•Client-facing experience including workshops and end-user training delivery.
•SAP SuccessFactors certification for EC and/or Recruiting is desired.
