  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring KPIs and individual goals.
  • •Coach the team to exceed productivity goals and model exceptional customer service and selling behaviors.
  • •Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
