Seasoned engineering leader responsible for scaling MonetizeMore’s global, 100% remote engineering organization. You will shape engineering culture, drive architectural excellence, manage a team of engineering managers and software engineers, modernize development lifecycles with AI integration, and implement metrics to improve delivery velocity, platform reliability, and security across high-volume ad tech platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide engineering leadership and culture by mentoring engineers, establishing career ladders, and creating a psychologically safe, accountable remote environment.
•Design and optimize organizational structure (pods) to maximize autonomy, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with product management.
•Oversee system scalability, security, and performance of high-volume ad tech infrastructure, while balancing feature delivery with modernization and cost optimization.
•Maintain data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations and ensure robust risk management.
•Drive delivery efficiency and modernization through AI-enabled tooling and metrics, measuring impact on cycle times, deployment frequency, and overall developer productivity.

•10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5+ years managing engineering managers in a fast-growing SaaS, Ad Tech, or high-data volume environment
•Proven track record leading and scaling fully remote engineering teams with strong people leadership and culture-building
•Deep understanding of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems, with ability to make smart architectural trade-offs
•Strong metrics mindset and familiarity with engineering productivity frameworks (e.g., DORA, SPACE) to measure and improve delivery
•Experience integrating AI into development processes (e.g., code assistants, automated testing, documentation tooling) to reduce toil and improve throughput
