Job Summary

Operate and maintain RF (radiofrequency) and MW (microwave) sites within agreed SLAs, performing first-line maintenance and structured inspections. Handle network incidents, participate in on-call rotations, complete planned maintenance procedures, and troubleshoot master and remote sites. Support planners with coverage and interference-related site issues, manage transmission and MUX/DEMUX operations, coordinate subcontractor support, and execute site asset deployment/recovery.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate and maintain RF and MW sites within agreed SLAs to support customer service.
•Respond to network incidents and participate in an on-call rotation.
•Complete planned maintenance procedures, including visual inspections, functional verification, structural inspections, and lightning protection (pararrayos) inspections.
•Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot master and remote sites, including transmission by microwave and MUX/DEMUX systems.
•Coordinate with subcontractor support services and perform capacity upgrades/downgrades and deployment/recovery of mobile site assets.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics); recent graduates or early-career professionals are eligible.
•More than 2 years of experience in telecommunications; IT is a plus.
•Fluency in Spanish and English.
•Valid driver’s license.
•Knowledge of RF principles, microwave transmission systems, and LMR, P25 or TETRA networks.
