Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain global configuration for Workday Absence and Workday Time Tracking, driving enhancements for usability, compliance, and efficiency.
  • •Lead global strategy and framework for Workday-to-payroll integrations, mapping integrations and identifying automation and optimization opportunities.
  • •Define criteria for pre-approved payroll vendors, collaborate with affiliates on vendor selection/renewal, and promote convergence toward strategic providers.
  • •Coordinate Scrum/SAFe activities by communicating product vision/roadmap, shaping epics and user stories, and prioritizing the product backlog.
  • •Organize acceptance testing with Go/NoGo sprint release criteria and set up metrics to measure product effectiveness and user satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Workday Product Owner, HRIS Specialist, or similar role.
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Absence and Workday Time Tracking modules.
  • •Experience with Workday payroll integrations (EIBs, PECI, custom integrations, cloud connect).
  • •Understanding of global payroll processes and vendor management.
  • •5–8 years total experience in HRIS, Product Ownership, HR Operations, or process optimization roles.
