Product Owner - Absence, Time-Tracking and Payroll

Own and continuously improve Workday Absence and Workday Time Tracking globally, ensuring configurations stay aligned with business needs, compliance, and best practices. Lead the product roadmap and Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, defining epics and user stories, acceptance criteria, and Go/NoGo releases. Develop a global framework for Workday-to-payroll integrations, standardize payroll data flows, and support payroll vendor management and convergence across affiliates.
