Own customer relationships and strategic outcomes, lead cross-functional collaboration, and run structured Relationship Business Reviews. Proactively manage risk, meet GRR/NRR targets, identify expansion opportunities, and fulfill customer regulatory reporting obligations using modern tools and AI-powered resources.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of 5–10 enterprise customers, owning relationships and strategic outcomes.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues before escalation to senior leadership.
•Run Relationship Business Reviews (RBRs) and follow enterprise playbook engagement processes.
•Own GRR/NRR retention targets and partner with AEs to identify expansion opportunities and churn risk.
•Fulfill regulatory reporting obligations and provide visibility/escalations to internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years experience in consulting or working on enterprise-level environmental programs.
•2+ years experience working with RCRA regulations.

•Comfort leveraging AI tools and a modern tech stack to manage a complex book of business efficiently.
