Job Summary

Oversee the technical delivery of AV integration projects from design finalization through installation and commissioning. Review SOW/contract documents, finalize engineering drawings and infrastructure/network coordination (including BOM and cable pull sheets), and support project managers with submittal and closeout packages. Collaborate with installation, commissioning, and programming teams to resolve technical issues and produce as-built documentation, with occasional travel to support customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Review preliminary design documents (SOW and contract) to validate quality, completeness, feasibility, and identify technical/logistical challenges.
•Create engineering documents with the CAD team (infrastructure drawings, floor/ceiling plans, equipment placement, riser diagrams, elevations) and generate cable pull sheets and network coordination.
•Finalize bill of materials and support project submittal packages with engineering documentation and technical updates to the project manager.
•Collaborate with commissioning and programming teams on checklists, commissioning guides, and field documentation; troubleshoot technical issues during installation/commissioning.
•Assemble technical closeout documentation (as-built drawings and programming files), collect red-line revised drawings, and travel to job sites to support installation teams.
