Professional Nurse Specialised - High Care (Ward S)

Deliver safe, comprehensive, quality nursing care in the High Care ward in line with the Scope of Practice. Collaborate with a multi-professional team to identify, prevent, and manage risks to ensure patient safety, and support positive patient experiences through an appropriate care environment. Maintain accurate nursing intervention records, help build staff competence, and ensure used stock and equipment are correctly charged.
