Manager, Enterprise Capital Planning & Operations

Lead GREWE’s end-to-end capital management for Amex real estate, orchestrating multi-year capital planning aligned to the Long Range Plan and company timelines. Build and govern intake, approvals, change logs, playbooks, and KPI reporting while driving day-to-day process and governance execution across global stakeholders. Evolve the capital tooling ecosystem (TM1, IWMS/TRIRIGA, Oracle, fixed asset reporting), manage adoption through change efforts, and partner with Finance and Design & Construction to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and project governance.
