  • •Technical SME: Provide indirect tax guidance for new products and Business Units, focusing on software sales and purchase exemptions including data center and California partial manufacturing and R&D exemption
  • •Compliance & Audits: Oversee co-sourced U.S. sales, use, and property tax compliance; manage external providers and lead tax controversy, audits, and refund claims
  • •Process Innovation: Identify and implement automation improvements within tax workflows and the OneSource/Sabrix tax engine
  • •Strategic Projects: Act as one of the tax leads for M&A integrations and cross-functional initiatives with Finance, IT, and Procurement
  • •Policy Monitoring: Track legislative changes and proactively communicate impact and solutions to leadership
