Job Summary

Serve as the functional expert for Manhattan Warehouse Management System, configuring workflows and supporting warehouse users. Monitor API integrations, FTP transfers, and interface queues, review error logs, and troubleshoot functional configuration issues. Create and maintain training materials, onboarding docs, SOPs, and warehouse process guides. Partner with Operations to implement configuration updates and drive continuous improvements to warehouse productivity and system performance while working fully remote in a U.S.-aligned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain Manhattan WMS based on business requirements, including putaway rules, allocation rules, slotting, and warehouse process workflows.
•Implement configuration updates in collaboration with Operations teams and support continuous improvement across the WMS environment.
•Monitor API integrations, FTP file transfers, and system interface queues to minimize disruptions.
•Review system error logs, investigate functional configuration issues, and resolve operational system issues affecting warehouse users.
•Create and update user documentation, training materials, onboarding documentation, SOPs, and warehouse process guides.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,700 - 3,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on Manhattan WMS configuration experience.
•Configure warehouse workflows and rules, including putaway, allocation, slotting, and barcode/UPC/serial scanning.
•Troubleshoot functional WMS issues and interpret system error logs before escalating when needed.
•Experience supporting warehouse operations within a WMS environment.
•Create training documentation, onboarding materials, and SOPs (preferred).
