Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain about 90% presence on the production floor and enforce compliance with all safety directives.
  • •Provide hands-on onboarding training for new hires during the 45–60 day onboarding period and recommend individual training needs to the Onboarding Supervisor.
  • •Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to ensure new hires receive proper training for successful onboarding.
  • •Develop and promote positive working relationships between new hires, peers, and leaders.
  • •Perform other duties as assigned.
