Key Responsibilities

  • •Own scheduling and coordination for R&D Onboarding, including cohort planning, session logistics, presenter coordination, and calendar systems.
  • •Maintain scalable program infrastructure by owning Asana projects, templates, and tracking systems for onboarding and other R&D programs.
  • •Measure program effectiveness using feedback loops and lightweight metrics to continuously iterate and improve.
  • •Identify and close operational gaps by spotting where coordination breaks down across team seams and driving scalable fixes.
  • •Communicate clearly across R&D with status updates, documentation, and tight meeting rhythms, and execute 1–2 additional R&D operational programs end-to-end.
