Key Responsibilities

•Orient and instruct new drivers regarding their job duties and assist supervisor in assigning and directing the work of employees.
•Communicate with supervisor or manager to assure proper flow of vehicles and maintain log of stock numbers for each vehicle moved and its lot location.
•Communicate schedules and assignments to the crew members.
•Manage vans and transport drivers to locations, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off of employees and vehicles.
•Shuttle employees to and from auxiliary parking lots on sale days and transport inventoried vehicles to remote sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.17 - 27.21 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of related experience, or alternative combination with HS/GED plus 5 years in related discipline
•Valid driver's license required
•Safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles
•Ability to communicate schedules and assignments effectively to crew
•Must be able to work at a Cox location with no remote option
