Key Responsibilities

  • •Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 across contract types including usage-based/consumption, committed capacity, credits, multi-year contracts, and new pricing models.
  • •Serve as the go-to person for revenue recognition treatment of new deal structures, products, and pricing models.
  • •Own end-to-end billing: invoice generation, accuracy checks, and dispute resolution; identify and automate manual billing-to-cash steps.
  • •Build and maintain a standardized contract review process with Sales and Legal, flagging non-standard terms affecting recognition before close.
  • •Own the revenue-related monthly close and reporting, including deferred revenue rollforward, unbilled AR, credit memos, revenue reserves, and audit deliverables.
