Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, document, test, and iterate on software for the robotic factory installation system
  • •Build new features for the Sunrise Studio customer-facing web platform
  • •Contribute to low-level software powering robotic systems in factories and delivery vehicles, with emphasis on correctness and safety
  • •Control industrial automation hardware including linear actuators, motors, and hydraulic systems
  • •Work as part of a team to instrument and develop highly performant software using Python/C++ and modern tooling

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Python and web development; proficient in at least one lower-level language such as C++
  • •Ability to instrument and develop highly performant software with emphasis on correctness; experience with version control and CI
  • •Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • •Willingness to work with, or safely climb into, giant robots
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
