Job Summary

Own silicon system evaluation and application support for new and existing analog/mixed-signal products. Research and create new product definitions, develop business cases and strategies, and drive products to RTM while negotiating IC development tradeoffs. Act as the technical expert for customer product ramp-up, troubleshoot application issues using lab testing and schematic analysis, and create technical literature such as datasheets and application notes.

•Research and create new product definitions, including business case proposals, product strategies, and taking products to RTM
•Analyze end-equipment in automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance and add value
•Serve as technical expert for product ramp up for customers and perform silicon system evaluation and related documentation
•Troubleshoot customer application issues using lab testing, schematic analysis, and other methods
•Create technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, user's guides, EVMs, spice models, and SCMs

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
•5 years of relevant experience
•Strong understanding of analog/mixed-signal ICs and their application
•Experience promoting/marketing ICs and driving design wins by providing system solutions
•System level circuit modeling using EDA tools, SPICE, and Matlab
