Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic merchant integration projects, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring a white-glove experience. Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integration initiatives. Coordinate Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial, and Merchants, partnering with Solution Architects and technical teams on specifications, SDKs, credentials, and testing. Proactively manage risks and readiness, report portfolio status, and drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects, ensuring successful execution from kickoff to go-live for key merchants.
•Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integration initiatives.
•Coordinate between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial teams, and Merchants with clear alignment and communication.
•Coordinate API specifications, SDKs, credentials, testing, and custom technical requirements with Solution Architects and technical teams.
•Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, run governance and escalations, and coordinate go-live readiness and rollout planning.

•Proven experience managing complex technical integration, implementation, or product delivery projects in fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or payments environments.

•Excellent stakeholder management experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive-level customers.
•Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and technical documentation; able to translate technical concepts into business value.
•Experience designing or supporting tailored technical solutions for customer business needs.
