Key Responsibilities

  • •Play an integral role in supporting new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution.
  • •Under limited supervision, perform tasks assigned by senior staff, including drafting internal/external documents and marketing materials.
  • •Create financial models and assist with due diligence for transactions.
  • •Execute transactions and work day-to-day with clients, attorneys, investors, and interested parties.
  • •Over time, support coaching and mentoring of Analysts or Interns and build cross-functional relationships within CIB.
