Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver civil engineering solutions for municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure projects.
•Lead preliminary and detailed design of linear infrastructure including watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, pump stations, and associated civil works.
•Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and risk objectives are achieved.
•Provide construction services including field reviews, progress reporting, and contract administration.
•Prepare technical reports, engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents that clearly communicate design intent.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
•7+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure and/or land development projects.
•Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, or eligible for registration.
•Proven experience delivering civil design projects through construction, including contract administration.
•Proficiency with civil design software such as Civil 3D or equivalent.
