Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic projects requiring deep data analysis with accountability for end-to-end execution and business outcomes.
•Leverage workflow data to predict operational throughput and bottlenecks and prioritize automation as the business scales.
•Prototype new modeling approaches to AI problems (e.g., insurance-related outcome prediction and optimization) in collaboration with Engineering.
•Build unified user interaction models to inform consumer and provider product roadmaps.
•Create and iterate on externally facing data products for key partners and participate in priority client engagements, including presenting insights.

Salary: USD 170,000 - 275,000 annually

•Comfort working from high-level strategy down to granular methods of problem-solving.
•Strong written and verbal communication for internal debates and external customer relationships.
