Job Summary

Represent a portfolio of key product categories (bacon, ham, fresh pork) by building strategic customer relationships and introducing new products. Work cross-functionally with Business Management, Marketing, and Plant Operations to execute in the marketplace, supporting broker management, trade execution, and demand planning. Coordinate sales administration, merchandising, and promotional tracking; resolve customer issues; and travel across your territory (up to 80%) to engage customers and strengthen product knowledge and forecasting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent education and experience; currently enrolled students graduating by year-end are considered.
•Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivering presentations and building relationships with teams and customers.
•Ability to manage sales accounts, resolve customer issues, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance metrics.
•A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; local travel up to 80% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
