Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure delivery of best-practice risk management activities and report to the Director of Risk Management and Head of Department.
  • •Proactively review, develop, and improve the risk management service to the client.
  • •Undertake end-to-end project risk management across multiple projects/programs.
  • •Create risk management plans and processes that align with client requirements, processes, policies, and frameworks.
  • •Lead risk reviews and workshop facilitation, including QCRA & QSRA qualitative risk assessment, risk response strategies, and monitoring/reporting of risk profiles.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years post-graduate experience on major projects, preferably in Energy and Natural Resources and infrastructure, with at least the last 5 years in Program/Project Risk Management.
  • •Strong experience with end-to-end project risk management, including risk identification, workshops, and development of risk management plans and processes aligned to client requirements.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk review cycles, risk analysis, response planning, and ensuring risk profiles are monitored and reported.
  • •Proficiency with risk modeling and risk software such as Safran, ARM, @Risk, Oracle PRA, and Crystall Ball.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Risk Management); professional risk or project management qualifications (e.g., AACE-DRMP/PRMP, PMI-RMP, ARM, or PMP) are highly desirable.
