Supervisor, Clinical Lab

Oversee day-to-day operations of a clinical laboratory, supervising lab staff performing testing and data review. Lead shift meetings, coach and develop employees, and ensure work is completed to department goals while adhering to SOPs, safety procedures, and CLIA/CAP requirements. Document nonconformances, drive corrective actions, and escalate protocol deviations. Serve as the go-to partner when the manager isn’t present and collaborate across OPS, Accessioning, Engineering, Stats, R&D, and Support.
