•Provide trusted pre-sales guidance to prospective customers during the sales process, leveraging product expertise and best practices to establish long-term partnerships.
•Serve as a technical thought leader across the MEGS vertical, influencing multiple customer types and markets.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Security, and Product to position Braze capabilities and drive customer confidence.
•Mentor and develop other Solutions Consultants on the team, sharing expertise and enabling successful engagements.
•Travel up to 50% at peak times and base in the Chicago office to support regional clients.
