Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the ASC 606 technical accounting memo portfolio, authoring and reviewing position papers on complex revenue recognition scenarios including SSP studies.
  • •Lead technical revenue assessments for new product offerings, serving as decision-maker for performance obligations, SSP evaluation, and contract modification frameworks.
  • •Provide real-time revenue recognition guidance to Deal Desk, Sales, and Legal for non-standard deal terms in strategic arrangements.
  • •Deliver technical accounting guidance for partnership and marketplace channel arrangements, including principal-vs-agent and revenue-share/co-sell economics.
  • •Own revenue contract review and compliance frameworks (ASC 606 checklists, position papers, escalation paths) and support month-end close and flux analysis.
