Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately and timely enter and process payroll transactions in line with policies and procedures.
  • •Prepare entries for the monthly payroll; verify payroll impact and ensure accurate calculations.
  • •Generate and verify pension payment details for GCC employees and coordinate with Finance to issue cheques.
  • •Coordinate with line managers/HR/employee services on resignations, terminations, and retirements before end-of-service payments.
  • •Approve education reimbursements and housing allowance, and analyze advances and sick leaves; track supporting documents and generate payroll reports.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of related HR experience, including at least 2 years handling payroll.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting/HR/Statistics/Administration or an equivalent background (or high school/diploma with relevant experience).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and/or Access).
  • •Knowledge of HR payroll systems and concepts; HRIS systems/software such as Taleo, SAP, Peoplesoft, or Oracle ERP is an advantage.
  • •Strong math/numerical reasoning, high accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
