Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance teams to plan, implement, and adhere to approved policies, procedures, and schedules.
  • •Manage and prioritize maintenance and repair needs, including supervision of workers and external vendors, plus vendor contract selection and oversight.
  • •Manage health and safety for facilities and the facilities team to ensure a safe working and learning environment in line with legislation.
  • •Oversee day-to-day coordination of maintenance and cleaning tasks, ensuring timely completion, maximum availability, and minimizing risk and downtime.
  • •Inspect completed work for quality conformance; manage building inspections and maintain documentation and reports for compliance, including preventative maintenance execution and service planning with performance indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of facilities management principles across operations, maintenance, and strategic planning.
  • •Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee facility operations, personnel management, and budget allocation.
  • •Experience managing health and safety for facilities and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful execution of the role.
