Key Responsibilities

•Oversee design-related activities at a Polish supplier’s site and coordinate cross-functional reviews
•Develop capabilities to design products meeting defense standards and coordinate PDR, CDR, and TRR
•Coordinate development of technical data packages including system architecture and design requirements
•Engage in partner RESA/FRACAS activities and support production readiness reviews
•Support production line start and mitigate technical risks through design and manufacturing reviews

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations or equivalent
•8+ years in production/engineering support related to design or 6+ years with advanced degree
•Experience with current design systems and processes
•Experience in transition from design to production
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (DoD Secret) and U.S. citizenship
