Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and deliver excellent service to a book of loan clients in the Corporate Trust business.
  • •Perform daily operations for assigned CLO and leverage finance facility clients, including independent deal management.
  • •Create technical report specifications from indenture language and interpret trust indentures for reporting requirements.
  • •Set up payment calculations, reconcile collateral data, and compile monthly/quarterly/annual payment and tax reports.
  • •Run quality control reviews and portfolio compliance tests, coordinating with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.

Key Requirements
