Job Summary

Lead CEMEA Global Processor Partnerships by executing business development strategies with issuer processors (TPPs) to grow Visa and drive innovation adoption across the ecosystem. Partner with CEMEA Processing leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize solution implementation (tokenization, push payments, installments, digital issuance, risk and dispute solutions). Own processor account plans, build executive relationships, and manage reporting against KPIs in a hybrid role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

•Head development and execution of sales activities with issuer processors across the CEMEA region.
•Partner with product and processing teams to identify and prioritize Visa solutions for TPP integration and distribution.
•Oversee reporting of CEMEA processing partnership sales plans, review KPIs regularly, and address variances with the Processing Head and RPS team.
•Directly develop the portfolio of issuer processors and processing resellers in the CEMEA region.
•Own issuer processor relationships and business development, including account plans, strategic opportunity identification, proposals/RFPs, and contract negotiations.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of issuer processing, trends, and dynamics, with ability to technically assess and engage with processors and fintech clients (including neo-banks).
•Strong knowledge of the CEMEA TPP landscape and regional ecosystem enablers.
•12-15 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8-10 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 6+ years with a PhD.
•10 years of pre-sales or business development experience with related TPP sales and relationship management in the payments industry; issuer/acquirer processing understanding is critical.
•Ability to plan, manage, and close complex sales efforts, with proven project management, communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
