Support editorial shoots by managing day-to-day operations of the fashion closet. Handle detailed sample check-ins with accurate inventory, pack trunks, coordinate courier shipping labels, and manage returns and transfers. Collaborate with the jewelry team and Conde Nast logistics to ensure timely shipments to shoots. Assist stylists with fittings and on-set needs while maintaining organized, efficient processes and professional communication with brand PR representatives.
