Supervisor (Strategy collection)

Develop, maintain, and update MIS reporting for the Collections and Legal teams, ensuring accurate, timely data for senior management and operational decision-making. Monitor collection performance versus targets, analyze delinquency and recovery trends, and produce dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports. Streamline reporting through automation, collaborate with IT and data teams to protect data integrity, and maintain compliance controls for MIS outputs.
