Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience to help customers unlock the full potential of Figma across real product workflows.
  • •Develop written, visual, and video resources illustrating modern design and build workflows with Figma.
  • •Foster community connections by nurturing user-driven initiatives and collaboration opportunities.
  • •Regularly speak at meetups, conferences, and community events with real-world design insights.
  • •Monitor community feedback and emerging design trends and advocate internally to inform product decisions and improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep, hands-on Figma expertise with experience embedding Figma in real product teams and guiding ideas from exploration to polished outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of modern product design workflows, development environments, design systems, tokens, and AI-assisted design or prototyping.
  • •Technical design skills, including collaborating with developers and understanding how design decisions translate into development at scale.
  • •Clear, compelling communication skills, including the confidence to explain complex workflows and speak publicly to large audiences.
  • •Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to connect with the community in person.
