[L&C] Lead Licensing Counsel

Lead and manage end-to-end licensing for new market entries, including jurisdictional assessments, application drafting and coordination, and engagement with regulators and external counsel. Monitor global regulatory developments, maintain a global licensing tracker, and support post-licensing compliance through condition monitoring and reporting. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Product, and provide internal briefings and status updates to senior leadership.
