Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on development in mission critical or real-time systems.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years leading teams, mentoring engineers, or serving as a technical lead.
  • •Strong mastery of real-time/embedded or simulation development experience.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required.
