Job Summary

Work with the Heads of Safety and Systems to design, analyze, and execute verification & validation (V&V) for autonomous vehicle system architectures used in airport airside driving. Help develop autonomous driving systems with cross-functional teams and build the safety case that defends system integrity. Define safety goals from the ODD, hazards, and risks; manage requirements traceability and KPIs; and develop data pipelines to support safety and performance. Up to 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, analyze, and perform V&V of autonomous vehicle system architecture.
•Develop autonomous driving systems with cross-functional teams and construct the safety case defending solution integrity.
•Drive creation, evolution, and deployment of dependable safety-critical autonomous driving systems for airport driving environments.
•Define and monitor KPIs for data-driven engineering and system performance.
•Define safety goals and requirements from the ODD, hazards, and risks; manage requirements documentation, traceability, and system architecture, and shape behaviors for critical safety scenarios.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•Hands-on systems engineering experience, including V Model, requirements documentation, traceability, and V&V.
•Experience creating safety artifacts for complex autonomous systems (e.g., HARAs, FMEAs, FTAs, STPAs).
•Experience developing and deploying robotic systems or autonomous vehicles with safety-critical components.
•Functional safety and SOTIF basic experience, plus data analysis/reporting skills (Python/SQL preferred).
