Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering (or related) plus at least 5 years of progressive reliability/design/test/product engineering experience in aerospace or other highly regulated hardware industries.
  • •In the alternative, a master’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 3 years in reliability/design/test/product engineering roles in aerospace or other highly regulated hardware industries.
  • •At least 3 years of experience leading Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) using structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, Fault Tree).
  • •At least 3 years of experience analyzing field, factory, and warranty data to drive reliability improvements.
  • •At least 3 years of experience developing or automating reliability calculation tools, dashboards, or data-driven analytics to support reliability predictions and trade studies.
