Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze the DFM phase and develop technical solutions to support new product development and achieve project targets.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to identify and resolve new product development issues.
  • •Coordinate with Lamphun, BB, AAA, and Vietnam teams on new product timelines and technical requirements.
  • •Provide technical consultation and training to support the transition of new products to mass production.
  • •Lead projects to develop, improve, and optimize products; evaluate alternative materials and components; and establish manufacturing standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering.
  • •At least 3-5 years of work experience in production.
  • •Strong ability to review and optimize product designs for manufacturability.
  • •Good knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance optimization.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to mentor junior team members.
