Northam Enterprise and Operational Risk Lead

Lead the enterprise and operational risk management function across Wise’s US and Canada entities. Drive control mapping, control monitoring and testing, risk appetite statements, thresholds, and KRIs, and run the issue management and remediation oversight using Audit Board. Partner with first-line teams and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Banking, and Compliance to support safer, faster product launches, while producing actionable insights from incidents and quarterly residual risk assessments.
