Operations Lead

Lead facility operations on-site for a manufacturing plant in Cedar Rapids, serving as the primary contact and Incident Commander during environmental, health, and safety emergencies. Oversee day-to-day operations across shifts and weekends, manage emergency maintenance to reduce downtime, and drive process improvement initiatives. Partner with Operations, EHS, and Engineering on capital projects, training, and cross-functional efforts to improve safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
