Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up HADES models for treatment plant infrastructure
  • •Calibrate the hydraulic model with physical data
  • •Explore hydraulic modelling scenarios to assess options
  • •Develop hydraulic solutions and contribute to detailed design drawings
  • •Prepare high-quality technical reports documenting model assumptions, processes, results and uncertainties

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
  • •Technical reporting: ability to summarize concepts clearly for clients
  • •Experience in open channel hydraulic design including subcritical/supercritical flow and hydraulic jumps
  • •Experience in designing hydraulic structures (weirs, flumes) and gravity/pressure pipes
  • •Experience developing hydraulic models and calculations for treatment plants; chartership or working towards Chartership (CIWEM/ICE)
