Work closely with students, colleagues, and parents, and align with the school’s expectations around safeguarding, professionalism, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver inspirational KG teaching by applying the Taaleem ethos and supporting students’ individual learning needs.
•Use the school’s curriculum programmes to build strong foundations for academic success and lifelong learning.
•Engage and motivate students to perform highly, while supporting a positive learning environment.
•Collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and school leadership teams to support student progress.
•Comply with safeguarding expectations and participate in required background and reference checks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant degree with a recognised Teaching Qualification/License.
•Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching in recognised school/international school environments.
•Outstanding classroom practitioner with previous successful teaching/lecturing experience.
•Experience of working with DSIB, OFSTED or similar school inspection authority.
•Excellent communication skills with high standards of professionalism in written and spoken English.
