  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact responsible for equipment on assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology.
  • •Work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as business requires, with occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (e.g., DUI, Hit & Run, suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the previous 3 years.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints/engineering specifications and perform on-site installation and repairs.
