Serve as the primary service and maintenance contact for customers in a defined market, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in commercial environments. Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers for on-site installations and repairs, using blueprints and engineering specifications. Maintain high safety standards while working flexible schedules that may include overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.

•Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
•Serve as direct customer contact responsible for equipment on assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Diagnose and repair units using blueprints or engineering specifications, along with hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology.
•Work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as business requires, with occasional overnight stays.
•Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
•EPA Certification.
•Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (e.g., DUI, Hit & Run, suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the previous 3 years.
•Ability to follow blueprints/engineering specifications and perform on-site installation and repairs.
