Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted partner and primary legal contact for datacenter agreements through signature (e.g., LOIs, MSAs, order forms).
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate datacenter agreements for capacity leasing, colocation, design/build, and facilities operations and maintenance.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals across procurement, engineering/operations, finance, tax, and compliance.
  • •Provide business-focused counseling on risk allocation and supplier risk, performance, and remediation matters.
  • •Support international expansion by adapting requirements for new jurisdictions and coordinating with local counsel.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
  • •8+ years of legal experience and 3+ years of significant in-house experience supporting datacenter or similar large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven datacenter contract experience from a developer/provider or tenant perspective, including modified-gross or triple net lease structures.
  • •Experience with facilities agreements and operations-and-maintenance contracts.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight to meet aggressive timelines while delivering high-quality work.
